President Xi Jinping is in Italy, the first stop of a three-country European tour. The state visits will also include Monaco and France. Much of the discussions will focus on bilateral ties and multilateral trade. Discussion of how to generate tangible benefits to the people within the Belt and Road framework will also be on the table.
