Schmidt's side took the lead at home in the 22nd minute thanks to Zhang Yuning's goal. Cedric Bakambu doubled the lead nine minutes into the second half and substitute Wang Ziming added his name to the scoresheet in the last minute to secure a 3-0 win.

With a record four-game consecutive win, Guoan surpassed Shanghai to rise to the top of the CSL standings.
The reigning champions Shanghai SIPG suffer a last-time own goal by goalkeeper Yan Junling in a 3-2 defeat to Chongqing Siwei at home.

Adrian and Fernando put Chongqing into the lead in the first half while Lyv Wenjun and Hulk earned SIPG two goals to equalize at the start of second half.
In stoppage time, Chongqing substitute Dili Murat made a shot from a tight angle that Yan fumbled before it entered his own net.
Meanwhile, Shanghai SIPG's record of 14 straight home wins came to an end in their first defeat of the season.
The victory put Chongqing Siwei in fifth place with seven points in the CSL standings.
"Winning against the super league champion is great, the players deserved a victory," said Chongqing coach Jordi Cruyff after beating Portuguese coach Vitor Pereira's side.
