On Day 4 of CGTN's "Real Time China," our crew headed to Lu Ming Lake Park in Xuchang City, central China's Henan Province, to see and learn more about the South-to-North Water Diversion Project. Their next stop was a company that had kept everyone's hunger pangs in check while on the road. Shuanghui is the largest meat processing plant in China, and for the past few days, its chicken sausages have been the snack of choice on the bus.
