Chinese Premier Li Keqiang met his counterparts from Estonia, Albania, Hungary, Croatia, Slovakia and Serbia on the sidelines of the seventh leaders' meeting of China and 16 Central and Eastern European countries in the Bulgarian capital Sofia on Friday.
