In September, Chinese and African leaders will gather in Beijing for the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC), where they will discuss China-Africa cooperation in the new era.

CGTN's production team has traveled across Africa and made a five-episode documentary titled, "A New Era of China-Africa Cooperation," to showcase the development of African countries as well as present the achievements of China-Africa cooperation.

From the Victoria Falls International Airport to the Isimba Hydropower Station, episode five illustrates the concept of cooperative development between China and Africa, both of which believe that development should be common, intensive, green and safe. The two sides will surely embrace a new era of mutual benefit and win-win cooperation under the concept of a community with a shared future and the Belt and Road Initiative.
