Investigation reports released on massive chemical explosion in north China

The investigation reports in regards to the massive chemical explosion in Zhangjiakou City, north China's Hebei Province have been released on Sunday, according to the local authorities.
Based on the reports, the blast which killed 24 people and injured 21 others is a massive hazardous chemicals explosion accident due to negligence.
Hebei Shenghua Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., the company responsible for the accident, has failed to report to the relevant department of the local authorities as required upon the accident took place, and has concealed the news and misled the investigation into the crash.
A blast occurred near Hebei Shenghua Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. In Zhangjiakou around 0:40 a.m. (local time) on November 28, 2018. The fire caused by the blast has engulfed 38 trucks and 12 vehicles.
