All 10 hikers who were trapped after an avalanche hit a town in northwest China have been successfully rescued on Tuesday morning, according to CCTV reporter.
The hiking team was trapped after an avalanche ripped through a mountainous area on Monday in Changji City in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
Two people sustained non-life threatening injuries. The wounded are being treated at a nearby hospital.
