Heavy rain has battered southwest China's Guizhou Province and triggered severe floods in the downtown and rural areas of Duyun City. The rain also caused a landslide above a highway tunnel in the Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture. Other landslides were also reported along highways in the Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture.
