The second day of the inaugural FIVB Volleyball Women's Nations League saw hosts China defeat a young Belgium team 3-0 in Pool Two in Ningbo City. The PRC's coach Lang Ping pushed her players to do their best against the inexperienced side.
Belgium beat South Korea in their opening match while China cruised past the Dominican Republic in straight sets in their first game thanks in part to a strong showing from 18-year-old Li Yingying.

In the second half, Belgium was able to conjure up a better offense thanks to Groblena. But the kills from China's captain Liu Xiaotong helped the home side press ahead 17-13. Li Yingying scored 14 points that included 10 kills and two blocks as China won the second half 25-20.
The Belgium team couldn't change their fate in the third installment and China closed the game 25-13 to complete their second win at the tournament.
