Russia and the US are now in close negotiations on a meeting between both countries' leaders, said Russian President Vladimir Putin on Sunday. "This meeting would take place if the two sides can reach consensus and it will also depend on my working schedule of course," said Putin. Putin made the remarks at a press conference after he attended the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit in Qingdao, eastern China's Shandong Province.
