"China: World of Wonders" is a new Virtual Reality series focusing on 10 tourist destinations in the country. It was released as part of CGTN's coverage of the Two Sessions, one of China's most important annual political meetings currently underway in Beijing.
This time we'll visit Tianshan Mysterious Grand Canyon in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The Grand Canyon is made up of ranges of rufous massifs that look like burning flames from afar. With mysterious mist, sound, light, and shadow frequently discovered in the canyon, tourists come to this place for an adventure.
Stretching 5.5 kilometers, the canyon stands 1,600 meters above sea level, with its highest peak reaching 2,048 meters. Take care when you look up because you will feel dizzy, as if the mountains will fall onto the ground at any time.
