Chinese blockbuster hit Wolf Warrior II continues to lead the pack, earning five billion RMB, or about 720 million US dollars in ticket sales, becoming China's highest grossing film of all time! Wolf Warrior II also set a world record, with the action-packed film viewed 140 million times in cinemas across China.
The movie had an investment of 200 million yuan and its transnational filming, complex story and great action scenes have exceeded the standards of big budget films. Its director Wu Jing has since received many offers from Hollywood directors.
