PRC next face Kazakhstan in quarter-finals. Sports Scene bounces along with volleyball, and the Chinese women's team in action at the Asian Volleyball championship, facing Chinese Taipei, and a victory by the PRC would see them move into the quarter-finals at the tournament in the Philippines. 
 
China are in yellow, and see the opposition hit this spike long, the PRC are able to win the opening set 25-22. Captain Liu Mengya helps her team be competitive in the second. Chinese Taipei, despite what you see here, would win the second and third games, 25-19 and 25-20. China's Jin Ye helps her squad win the fourth set 25-21. And a nice block from Cai Xiaoqing and Lei Yanxi sees China take the decider 15-11, and they play Kazakhstan in the last eight.
