One person was rescued on Tuesday from a sand carrier that capsized on Sunday off the coast of Huludao City in northeast China's Liaoning Province. Eleven people were aboard the vessel when it overturned in strong winds. The rescued sailor is said to be in stable condition, and the other ten people remain missing. The search and rescue operation is still underway.
