A Puerto Rico Air National Guard cargo plane crashed onto a busy highway and railroad track on Wednesday near Savannah, Georgia, likely killing all nine people aboard, a US official said. The Hercules C-130J aircraft went down at about 11:30 a.m. (1530 GMT), shortly after taking off from the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport, about 175 miles (280 km) southeast of Atlanta, officials said.
