Rescue drills were held across China on Sunday to mark the country's 11th Disaster Prevention and Reduction Day. The day commemorates the Wenchuan earthquake on May 12, 2008, that left more than 80,000 people dead or missing. The drills were conducted to enhance the capacity of rescuers and firefighters to cope with natural disasters.
