A Chinese surgeon named Ma took on the challenge of transplanting a piece of pigeon egg membrane with a piece of chicken egg membrane. He had to attach and fuse the membranes within 40 minutes. If no egg wash fell when the egg gets turned upside down and held there for ten seconds, the challenge is considered a success.
