CGTN's Liu Yang departed from Beijing to Port Moresby, the capital city of Papua New Guinea, to cover the 2018 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) meeting. 

This year's meeting will focus on how to build common ground in trade, job creation and quality of life for the Asia-Pacific region.
