An elderly man riding an electric tricycle felt light-headed while behind the wheels, and crashed into a traffic officer at an intersection in Handan City, north China's Hebei Province on August 23. The officer avoided serious injury, and sustained only a few scratches. He also decided not to ask for compensation or fine the senior man after hearing of his bad financial situation.
