A truck carrying humanitarian aid was set on fire at the Venezuela-Colombia border. The Venezuelan military had earlier used tear gas against volunteers unloading aid on the Francisco de Paula international bridge. Venezuelan President Nicholas Maduro denies that there's any crisis in his country and has refused to allow international aid. Political turmoil and economic collapse, including hyperinflation, have set Venezuela on a downward spiral.
