At least 20 killed, 16 injured in suicide bomb blast in eastern Afghanistan

At least twenty people, including militants and civilians, were killed in a blast in Nangarhar province, eastern Afghanistan on Saturday, Reuters reported citing local officials.
At least sixteen others were wounded, AFP said citing provincial governor spokesman Attaullah Khogyani.
The blast occurred when a suicide bomber blew himself up during a meeting between Taliban and Afghan security officials to celebrate the end of Ramadan fasting season.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack.
