2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup trophy returns to France

With just over three weeks to go before the start of the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup, the countdown is starting with a nine-city tour of the champions trophy across France.
The coveted silverware returned to the host country after wrapping up a visit to all 24 participating countries. 
The trophy will visit locations including city councils, schools, and stadiums on its national tour and will cover all the host cities. The tour will first head to Le Havre on May 15 before going to Reims and Valenciennes. 
Organizing committee director Erwan Le Prevost said there have been massive amounts of interest among fans.
They also said the event would provide a huge boost to France's economy. Tickets for many of the key matches are already sold out with a total number of 770,000 tickets sold. 
Hosts France will take on Asian powerhouses South Korea in the opening game of the tournament on June 7 at Parc des Princes in Paris.
