Over 200 people joined the vertical marathon to climb the 31-story 108-meter building in Beijing's Kerry Center on December 8. The fastest entrant just used three minutes and seven seconds to finish it. Vertical marathons have the same intensity as their horizontal counterparts, as gravity and rhythm play a vital role.
