To celebrate the winter solstice, about 50,000 people gathered in NW China's Shandan County to eat "Niuwazi dishes," a traditional food named after the shape of the ingredients. Over 5,000 kilograms of flour and 1,000 kilograms of meat were used to make the event's dishes.
