Norway's Boe shoots historical 15th biathlon win of World Cup season

Johannes Boe set a new record in biathlon on Saturday clinching a 15th win in a single World Cup season in the sport that combines cross-country skiing and rifle shooting.
The 24-year-old Norwegian won the individual pursuit in Oslo to beat the number set by Frenchman Martin Fourcade in 2017, a record Boe had equaled on Friday by winning the sprint.

On Sunday Boe can stretch his run of victories to 16 wins with the mass pursuit which would also give him a sweep of the crystal globes on offer for winning the various World Cup categories.
He has already won the overall title, the individual sprint and the pursuit with the mass pursuit to be decided Sunday.
