New York hotel with the tallest open-air rooftop lounge to open this year

Ever thought about enjoying the view of midtown Manhattan while having a drink? When Aliz Hotel Time Square opens this fall, it will be home to Manhattan’s highest rooftop bar, offering guests unparalleled views of the city.
The Aliz brand will open its first flagship boutique hotel at 310 West 40th Street in Manhattan this autumn, making it one of the highest hotels in New York City, with an open-air rooftop bar and a lounge on the 40th and 41st floors of the building, where one can enjoy a stunning and unimpeded view of the “Big Apple” including the Empire State Building, the Hudson River and the Statue of Liberty.

Located in the busiest area of Manhattan, Aliz introduces a guest-centric philosophy, featuring 287 guest rooms with innovative interior designs.

The Empire State Building might be the best-known skyscraper anywhere. This Art Deco skyscraper has appeared in movies numerous times, most famously in "Sleepless in Seattle", "King Kong" and "Independence Day". Tickets for the Main Desk on the 86th floor costs 37 US dollars while the entrance to the Top and Main Desk on the 102nd floor costs 57 US dollars per person.

The tallest building in New York City and in the western hemisphere is the lower Manhattan skyscraper. There is a massive amount of history and emotion related to this site, and the building nods to the original landmark Twins Tower which was destroyed during the 9/11 attacks. 
The observation desk is located on the 101st floor of the building.

Home to the National Broadcasting Company (NBC), the famous broadcast television network in the US, the Comcast Building at the Rockefeller Center features a “Top of Rock Observation Desk”.  
There are three observation decks on the 67th, 69th and 70th floors, providing panoramic views in every direction.
