Thousands of ethnic Yi people celebrated the traditional "Saizhuang Festival," or the "Costume Competition Festival," in Zhiju Village, southwest China's Yunnan Province on Tuesday. /VCG Photo
The festival, celebrated annually on the 15th day of the first Lunar month, was honored as "the oldest catwalks." Since the year of 2016, the festival has developed into a provincial celebration and can last for months. /VCG Photo
During the celebration, all women of the Yi ethnic group, which is famous for embroidery, put on beautiful self-made ethnic costumes and participate in dance. /VCG Photo
