The fire department of Yinchuan, capital city of northwest China's Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region is battling the persistent smoke and flames that erupted at a tire factory on Wednesday. 33 fire engines and 231 firefighters were sent to the scene for taming the massive flames. Thankfully, nobody was inside when the blaze began in the factory's workshop.
