In Xi’an City, a warm-hearted old lady picks up a shared bike thrown in landfill in the morning. Even though she’s frail, she tried her best to park the bike back at a bicycle rack. Since 2017, 23 million shared bikes have been put on the streets. However a lot of these bikes can also be seen scattered and dumped across China. Only by following regulations can people benefit from the convenience brought on by a sharing economy.
