Prosecutors in Kunshan City, east China's Jiangsu Province, have exonerated from criminal liability a cyclist who killed a machete-wielding motorist during an altercation. Authorities on Saturday said, based on investigation, the cyclist was acting in self-defense when he stabbed the motorist to death with the same knife the latter used to attack him in a road rage incident.
