A pet Capuchin monkey was seen clinging onto its owner as he was arrested for auto theft in Florida on Friday. The simian, which could be seen wearing a small diaper, was allowed to hug its owner Cody Hession one last time before being given to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC).
