Russian flight attendant Tatyana Kasatkina, 34, pushed passengers out of a burning plane after it crashed while escape routes were blocked by people grabbing luggage on May 5, 2019. She kicked an exit door open and grabbed passengers by the collar to help them out. The evacuation was "all so quick," she recalled. Seventy-three passengers and five crew members were aboard the flight.
