A gunman is on the run after fatally shooting at least two people near a Christmas market in the French city of Strasbourg on Tuesday. French authorities have launched a terror investigation into the shooting, which also left several others injured, some seriously. Police have identified the assailant who has been on a watch list of suspected extremists.
