A London black cab dubbed the world’s coziest taxi was unveiled this week to offer free and warm rides to commuters. /VCG Photo

Its interior – transformed into a “country log cabin” – comes with an imitation fireplace mounted to the passenger door, velvet seats and curtains, and sheepskin rugs accompanied by a stack of logs. /VCG Photo

On top of the decorative touches, it’s said that the cab will even offer its passengers a pair of sheepskin slippers to complete the experience. /VCG Photo

By doing so, the cab hopes to give others a comfortable ride on a chilly February day. Following its London debut, it’ll reportedly appear in other cities across the UK to offer more free rides to lucky cab-hailers. /VCG Photo
