Chinese President Xi Jinping will attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders' Meeting in Papua New Guinea, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying said at a regular press conference on Tuesday.

Further information will be released in due course, Hua said.

Under the theme of "harnessing inclusive opportunities, embracing the digital future," this year's APEC Economic Leaders' Week will be held from November 12-18 in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.
