Zhou started well, draining this three in the first quarter, to give his side a slender two-point lead.
The hosts opened up a double-digit lead in the second, thanks to Wang Zhelin's lay-up with a score of 44-33 at the break.
The Africans trimmed the margin to one after the restart, but Fang Shuo's triple kept them at bay at 57-53.
The Tunisians stayed in touch, but a jam from rocket man Zhou kept the gap at four points.
In the last period, a jumper from Sun Minghui saw the home side start to pull away for good.
