China will reduce the tax burdens and social insurance contributions of enterprises by nearly two trillion yuan (about 298 billion U.S. dollars) in 2019, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang said in the government work report at the opening meeting of the second session of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC) on Tuesday.
