China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) announced on Wednesday that plans concerning the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao (HKZM) Bridge's operation and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area are in the making. "Boundary crossing policies are also being made, for example, vehicle management, daily operation management and emergency management," said Meng Wei, spokeswoman for the NDRC.
