Chinese President Xi Jinping delivered a speech at the plenary session of the Eastern Economic Forum on Wednesday. Xi said China and Russia are aligning their development projects successfully. He also mentioned that China and Russia should do more to expand bilateral cooperation in traditional areas, such as education, culture and youth exchanges.
