Storm Leslie, packing nearly 170 km/h winds, hit the coast of Portugal Saturday, leaving at least 27 people injured and 300,000 people without power before carrying heavy rain into Spain. Leslie moved east Sunday across the Iberian Peninsula to Spain, where authorities issued warnings for heavy rains and storm conditions for the northern part of the country.
