An unnamed Chinese man who missed the check-in for his train decided to leap over the security barrier but paid a heavy price for his indiscretion.
He was detained by police for seven days and banned from taking trains for 180 days.
Surveillance footage showed that the railway staff tried to stop the man from getting on to the platform. However, he resisted and even injured one staffer by twisting her left arm.
Local police soon were called to the scene.

Police decided to detain him for seven days and even ban him from taking all trains for 180 days under the personal credit system that came into effect on May 1.
The man was the first man in northwest China’s Shannxi Province to be banned for taking trains.
China’s National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) announced on March 16 that people with bad social credit ratings would be restricted from taking planes and trains from May 1 in a bid to improve the country's social credit system.
