Dubbed the “Pearl of Africa” by Winston Churchill, Uganda packs a lot into one small country. From the amazing wildlife in Entebbe Zoo to the stunning view of Lake Victoria – the chief reservoir of the White Nile – the country has the best of Africa covered.
Since Uganda established diplomatic ties with China, the country has developed well gradually. Bilateral trade between the two countries reached 811 million US dollars in 2017. Having stepped out of the shadows of a deep dark past, Uganda is widely considered as one of Africa’s safer destinations and is expected to lure more international tourists.
