President of Republic of Korea (ROK) Moon Jae-in left the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) on Thursday after his three-day inter-Korean summit with DPRK leader Kim Jong Un, Yonhap reported.

The two leaders signed an agreement during the summit which outlined a consensus on certain steps towards ending military tensions and achieving complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula, meaning a de facto end to the Korean War.

Kim has announced he will visit Seoul by the end of the year, at Moon's invitation.
