VICTORY OVER ISIL E05-1: In the devastated city of Mosul, work has begun on rebuilding the iconic Al-Nuri mosque and leaning minaret – national emblems that were destroyed in last year's battle to defeat the occupying ISIL militant group. It will take years, perhaps decades, for the northern city to return to normal, but many see this as a fresh beginning.
