Three people have been killed and another four injured after shots were fired at a bowling alley in the city of Torrance, California late Friday night, AP reports citing local police.
The Torrance Police Department said in a tweet there were "reports of shots fired with multiple victims down" at Gable House Bowl, and urged people to "stay away from the area" near the bowling alley.
A witness told the Los Angeles Times that he heard about four gunshots, and there had been a "big fight" prior to the shooting.
"We just ran right into the bar and took cover. All we heard was just, like two people got shot," he told the newspaper.
A horrifying video reportedly filmed inside the bowling alley and posted on social media shows a male victim covered in blood on the ground.
Torrance is a coastal city about 32 kilometers from Los Angeles.
