Massive sandstorms swept across Manzhouli city, north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on April 29, forming a 100-meter high sand wall. The local observatory suggested people stay indoors and said that the city has been affected by strong winds, with wind gusts in the 9-10 level.
