A strong wind blew an entire steel roof down to the ground, smashing several cars in Jilin City, northeast China's Jilin Province on November 26. The local meteorological authorities issued a blue alert for strong winds on Monday, with the speed of gusts reaching over 51 mph. No one was injured in this accident but, in the nearby city of Changchun, four people were injured by a billboard that was blown over on the same day.
