Imagine a city where a 10-minute ride can easily turn into an hour.
That's exactly the case in the Philippines city of Cebu, which has been named by GPS-based traffic app Waze as one of the world's worst urban areas to drive in.
However, amidst the daily traffic congestion, some individuals can turn the dreary commute into a more pleasant experience.
One of them is Jay Kummer S. Teberio, also known as Dodoy, who dresses like a festival dancer complete with makeup and a hat adorned with flowers.

He dances on the congested roads, entertaining commuters while selling water.
Dodoy told Assignment Asia: "I'm popularly known as the 'Water Queen' of Cebu. I'm 22 years old. I am a person who's super confidently beautiful with a heart. Kidding aside, I'm a really energetic person. I don't tire easily. When I sell water, I wear my ID and my bandana to get me excited. That's my effort to grab other people's attention."
