Torrential rain in Bosnia floods hundreds of homes

Hundreds of homes were flooded in Bosnia as torrential rain battered the northern and central parts of the country. The towns of Maglaj, Cazin and Bosanska Krupa were the worst hit by flooding as smaller rivers burst their banks. A state of emergency has been declared in Bosanska Krupa. More rain is forecast in the coming days, local authorities said, urging people to brace themselves for further flooding.
