Another sailor was found alive on Thursday morning, four days after a ship carrying sand capsized in the waters off northeast China's Liaoning Province, local authorities announced.
The rescued sailor is said to be in stable condition. As of now two sailors have been rescued, while nine others remain missing.
The accident occurred at around 3 a.m. on Sunday. The capsized boat was reportedly operating illegally and without required permits before it capsized.
The search and rescue operation is still underway.
